Client Cancellation Policy

• A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place within our production schedule.

• A payment of 50% must be received at the commencement of the work.

• The remaining balance due must be received, when work is finished, before it is released.

• If the client cancels once the job has begun, a charge equal to the work completed at the time of the cancellation will be charged to the client.
